Application
Blast furnace pneumatic ball valve is used to transport dry materials, such as dust containing coal gas, pulverized coal and cement. It is also applied for controlling the flow of materials in the equalizing pressure system and discharging system. Blast furnace pneumatic ball valve can be controlled remotely.

Features
1. Q647F-2.5(6) blast furnace pneumatic ball valve is driven by pneumatic actuator. The opening position and closing position of the pneumatic ball valve is indicated by indicator. The signals of the ball valve can also be displayed through stroke switch or proximity switch
2. Both the single blast furnace pneumatic ball valveand multiple blast furnace pneumatic ball valves can be controlled remotely. They can also be controlled by program through input of electrical signal to computer. In the special circumstances, manual control of the blast furnace pneumatic ball valve can be finished.
3. Blast furnace pneumatic ball valve is driven by air cylinder. The air supply pressure is required to be 0.4MPa-0.6 MPa.
4. When installing the blast furnace pneumatic ball valve, the flow direction of medium should follow the arrow on the valve body.
