With sophisticated on-site experience, TINITE successfully developed a supporting device for blast furnace charging equipment – hydraulic power unit. It is composed of hydraulic pump, motor, solenoid valve stand, heater and control cabinet. It has the following two types: integrated and separated.
1. Integrated hydraulic power unit: Solenoid valve stand and pumps are all installed on its fuel tank, which enables a small floor covering, easy moving and installment. It is quite suitable for some small-scale fields.
2. Separated hydraulic power unit: Solenoid valve and pump accumulator are all installed separately. The design allows for a smaller effect towards valve caused by pump vibration, easy placing and repair. Besides that, the valve also features a high stability after installment.
3. Material of the hydraulic power units' fuel tank: stainless steel fuel tank body
4.Hydraulic power unit is equipped with a junction box and a control cabinet with PLC connector.
