Blast furnace chute is designed as a half cylinder structure, which could be used to convey materials to proper location according to the puddling requirements. Besides that, it is made of wear-resistant alloys and its lining is installed with corrosion-resistant and thermal-resistant materials. Moreover, the length of its blast furnace chute depends on the diameter of the throat of blast furnace.
Meanwhile, an anti-release structure is specially designed, which is installed on the bottom part of the charging equipment, which enables much convenience for chute's changing – only 2 to 3 hours is enough.
