Furnace burden flow regulating valve regulates the flow of the charging materials in the blast furnace. The furnace burden flow regulating valve mainly controls the diamond-shaped hole of the valve plate. Furnace burden flow regulating valve needs to work well with the distributor chute to distribute charging materials effectively. Otherwise, the process of single ring charging, double ring charging, multi-ring charging, spiral charging, sector charging and central coke charging in the blast furnace cannot be finished.
1. The type of drive includes electric drive and hydraulic drive. The furnace burden flow regulating valve is made of high chromium heat-resistant steel. Its surface is welded wear-resistant alloy. The liner is made of high-chromium wear-resistant materials.
2. Furnace burden flow regulating valve shares a similar internal structure with stop valve. The only difference is that the valve plate is neither completely open nor complete closed. It is intelligent, so drive control is relatively complex. Due to the large driving torque, the opening and closing of the valve plate is controlled by AC servo motor, inverter motor and hydraulic cylinder.
