Electromagnetic vibrating feeder is one of the key equipment in coke dry quenching system.
Structure
Electromagnetic vibrating feeder is composed of chute, supporting spring, electromagnetic vibrator, inlet compensator, outlet compensator and controller. Meanwhile, there is also a lining installed inside the flow channel of coke, which effectively reduces the shock towards the shell.
Principle
With a controller， vibration excitation current of electromagnetic vibrator will be changed according to the different setting of input signal and output signal. Changed electric current leads to a change of vibration amplitude, which will result in an alternation of the coke discharging amount.
