Features
1. Blast furnace pneumatic isolation valve is comprised of valve body, valve plate, draw bar, gear, gear ring, screw rod, sealing ring and valve base. The valve body is fixed to the base to form a rigid structure.
2. Blast furnace pneumatic isolation valve is equipped with clamping cylinder and cylinder with reversing plate. The clamping cylinder carries out the loosening and clamping of the valve, and cylinder with reversing plate reverses the valve. The rubber seal ring is inlaid on the valve plate, and it has good sealing effect and is easy to replace.
3. The single blast furnace pneumatic isolation valve can be controlled remotely. Multiple blast furnace pneumatic isolation valves can be connected to the Internet and controlled remotely. In the special circumstances, manual control of the blast furnace pneumatic isolation valve can be completed through the mechanical device on the valve.
4. The expansible joint of the blast furnace pneumatic isolation valve can be customized according to the requirements for different working conditions. Unspecified expansible joint is made of 316L stainless steel.
