TYFZ type blast furnace pressure control valve is composed of ZAJW-3 type automatic adjustment butterfly valve and pipes. The pressure control valve is applied in blast furnace and other systems that need to adjust flow and pressure to maintain stable production. Blast furnace pressure control valve operates in the temperature of <400℃ and pressure of < 0.3MPa.
Ordering Notice
1. When buying blast furnace pressure control valve, customers need to provide detailed information of blast furnace, including gas production capacity (gas flow) per hour, working pressure and the relative humidity of coal gas (humidity/m3).
2. Customers should give clear information of input current of automatic adjustment butterfly valve, DDZ-Ⅱcombination instrument or DDZ-Ⅲ combination instrument.
3. If the blast furnace pressure control valve needs to be installed on vertical pipeline, customers should make it clear when ordering the valve.
4. The size of connecting flanges is in line with GB/T9119.
The testing of the blast furnace pressure control valve is up to the standard of GB/T13297.
